Is this an application of artificial intelligence

Artificial intelligence is a chimera and here it is simply the experience that is used to qualify the pits according to some criteria and then according to the conditions of the day, choose the right pit.

Does the app give details for all pools?

Does the app give details for all the pools? The main pools are all there. Some pools are inaccessible like pool 15 (at least I never found it), and some pools have been deserted for a very long time because they are no longer suitable for holding salmon. Finally I did not manage to take pictures of all the pools in one season and I will update the missing pools this year.

Does the app replace a guide or an attendant?

Of course not, the experience of a guide is irreplaceable (no pun intended). It will give you more information even more adapted to the conditions of the moment. I just wanted to give a tool to answer the questions anglers would ask me at the end of a session to use when they were alone. Where am I going this afternoon? Where am I going tomorrow morning? What am I using for a fly? Where do I start and end up in the pit? This is the most common question and the app answers this need perfectly.

Will the app allow me to catch a salmon?

It is not enough to know where to fish, the casting technique is also very important, but above all discretion is required, the river is not a supermarket, you must go on tiptoe and not enter the water to the waist!

Who is behind this app?

This is a personal project, after guiding many anglers, beginners or experienced, last year, it was always the same questions that came up and they could be perfectly solved with an app. I also wanted to give anglers the opportunity to see the pools they never explore like Onesime or the Horseshoe.

Why do I have to pay for the fishing version?

As you can imagine, there is a lot of work to gather and format all this information and I still wanted to offer a free version gathering most of the information. The easiest solution was to put some "advanced" features in a version that would bring some money to finance the evolutions. Thank you for participating.
